Who We Are

We create moments of awe through spatial storytelling, experiential design, and flawless fabrication execution. At Project Meta, we take a holistic approach to spatial design, seamlessly integrating creative direction, technical design, and production to simplify the creation of unforgettable immersive brand experiences.

We love bringing brands to life through custom environments, live activations, exhibits, and installations—from the biggest moments to the simplest engagements. Every detail matters, and we obsess over precision, materials, and build quality. Collaboration is at the heart of our process, allowing us to deliver our most impactful work.

Project Meta is a minority-owned experiential design studio committed to amplifying diverse creative voices and sharing the talents of those least represented in the built-environment and experiential marketing industries.

Professional Liability Insurance

Project Meta is fully insured with Professional Liability Insurance, protecting our clients and partners at every stage of the experiential design and fabrication process.
